Horrible!! Paper is thick and gives the tobacco a cardboard taste. I've never had complete fill issues with my machine until I've used these tubes, I've had 8 that didn't fill at least half, and the rest left about 1/4 inch from the filter. As for the website, no complaints whatsoever. Fast shipping. A+

I've never tried this name tubes, I usually use "4 Aces" menthol king size, but saw them on your web page, and figured I'd give them a try. Your 1839 tobacco is great tasting so, I'm certain the tubes will be fine too.
